![]() As far as customer service is concerned, if the customer service of a subscription box is refusing to help resolve an issue, especially when it concerns billing, or if they are just plain rude and act like they do not care, then that subscription box is not going to be worth my money. I don’t know……….all I know is that if a subscription box were to bill me early (such as being billed the last week of August for the September box, for example), I would like to know in advance so that I would be able to ensure that I would have the funds available in time.
